PRESIDENT & CHAIRMAN
Bing del Rosario was the Country Managing Director of Accenture Philippines, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, he was the Country Managing Partner of Andersen Consulting Philippines, since 1994. During that time, he was also concurrently Andersen Consulting’s Asia Managing Partner – Business Process Competence from 1998-2000 and Asia Managing Partner – Manufacturing & Distribution Practice from 1996-1998.
Bing had been an SGV & Co. consulting partner since 1985, until SGV’s consulting practice merged with Arthur Andersen a year later.
Since 1994, he wrote a weekly business management column for the country’s business daily, BusinessWorld.
He studied Industrial Engineering at the University of the Philippines and earned his Masters degree in Computer Science & Information Management at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand.

CFO & CORPORATE SECRETARY
Elise del Rosario is a seasoned Operations Research professional who led the OR group at San Miguel Corporation, retiring in 2000 as Vice President. Under her leadership, SMC’s OR Department won the 1992 Operations Research Society of America Prize.
She served as the first female and second Asian President of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS). A founding member of the Operations Research Society of the Philippines, Elise has published widely, edited journals, and keynoted international conferences.
She holds BSIE degree and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of the Philippines and the Asian Institute of Technology, respectively. She trained at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in California as an International Fellow in Physical Distribution and Materials Management.
